The head of the LF-5 flipping and unloading reaction kettle is fixed, and the kettle body and the kettle head adopt a quick-opening structure, which can be opened quickly in a short time; the kettle cover is equipped with a hand-cranked rotating structure, which can rotate more than 120 degrees around the horizontal line ,it is convenient to clean the residue in the kettle. Main parts:
Pressure gauge: double scale pressure gauge, real-time monitoring of reaction pressure in the kettle (inlet).
Agitator: magnetic drive agitator, with shaft and paddle, strong and stable performance.
Temperature probe: go deep into the reactor body and monitor the reaction temperature in real time.
Sampling valve: it is connected with the bottom probe tube and equipped with a one-way valve, which is convenient to sample and analyze the reaction process at any time during the reaction process.
The kettle head is equipped with: pressure gauge, pressure sensor, safety explosion-proof membrane, temperature measuring thermocouple, inlet valve, vent valve, liquid sampling valve, etc.
