Features of LE series controller:
1. Intelligent temperature control:
The three-color LSRP intelligent controller can simultaneously detect the temperature in the kettle and the temperature of the kettle wall. And carry out interlocking control, any way beyond the set value will not be heated, and the heating power can be set by yourself. This effectively prevents the temperature overshoot, which is very suitable for experiments where the reaction temperature is lower than 180 degrees and needs to limit some reactive substances that exceed the critical temperature value that will explode or decompose. Comes with 256 temperature program control sections.
2. Strong stirring:
Using rare earth material strong magnet, the stirring torque is greatly improved. The brushless DC motor makes the stirring life theoretically reach more than 10 years without replacing the wearing parts. The speed can be set freely from 0-750 rpm.
3. Strict selection of materials:
The main components of the controller adopt joint venture brands or imported with original packaging. The parts integrate a durable control system.
4. Automatic alarm:
After the temperature or pressure alarms, the alarm will be triggered. After the alarm, the relevant alarm points are displayed in red and flashing. The controller has a built-in AC contactor to control the heating power switch. The heating stops automatically at the same time as the alarm. After interlocking control, this alarm can be manually restored after finding the cause of the fault after manual inspection. (It can also be set to automatically resume heating) and an optional combustible gas alarm system.
5. Modular heating design:
Reaction kettles of different volumes can share the control chassis, and kettle bodies with the same outer diameter can share heaters. This greatly saves money. And the heater shell is equipped with a special anti-scalding shield to prevent customers from being burned.
6. Flexible selection and customization:
a. Gas alarm system: After the gas alarm system is equipped, the flammable gas alarm will be linked to the reactor controller to alarm, and the heating will automatically stop.
b. Pressure display (control) module: The pressure display module includes imported pressure sensors, connecting cables, and intelligent display controllers. The pressure control module additionally adds a pneumatic back pressure valve and an electronic pressure controller. The pressure range depends on the pressure configuration of the reactor.
c. Cooling module: a pneumatic cooling module can be selected to quickly cool the temperature of the kettle wall. Including cables, solenoid valves, and pipelines.
d. Optional data communication cable and data acquisition software. It can realize the collection of reaction temperature, kettle wall temperature and pressure.
Related data can be played back dynamically, all data can be recorded at the same time, and additional heat preservation and heat tracing modules or pressure display modules can be added to the reactor supporting system. The data can be converted into excel form, which is convenient for customers to process the secondary chart.
