Product introduction:
CM100 ultra centrifugal lapping instrument mortar lapping instrument is suitable for soft, brittle, medium, hard, fiber and other samples. The sample is prepared in a short time, and can be prepared by freezing and grinding. It is used for the preparation of thermal sensitive samples. A large number of optional accessories make it a versatile instrument and is widely used in various fields.
Working principle:
he sample enters from the feed port, and then passes through the funnel which prevents splashing and falls onto the rotary cutter. Because of centrifugal acceleration, the sample moves outward toward the blade. It has a very high speed, the impact between the two produces the effect of cutting and crushing, and between the rotating knife and the ring screen between two times of shear and friction, the sample size is less than the aperture of the ring screen, and finally into the circle shaped collection plate. This two stage pulverization method has achieved a mild and rapid effect. The sample only stays in the crushing chamber for a short time, and the sample itself will not change the sample process.
Applicable sample:
CM100 series high throughput tissue grinding apparatus is suitable for fine grinding and fine grinding for hard, medium and brittle samples. It is also suitable for soft, elastic, fibrous materials and so on. Materials that can be crushed and grindable include fibrous tissue, bones, hair, chemicals, drugs, sugar coated pills, minerals, minerals, alloys, glass, ceramics, soil, sludge, plant tissue, grain particles, oil seeds, plastics, waste, wool, textiles and many other materials. For difficult to grind samples can also be used, for example, before grinding to add liquid nitrogen to embrittlement, so as to achieve the fineness of the analytical level, to achieve efficient grinding effect.
